With locations in Balestier and Upper Bukit Timah, Oaklife Family Clinic offers a range of comprehensive family medicine services to families across Singapore.
As a CHAS and HSG (HealthierSG) approved medical clinic / GP clinic, we provide subsidies for eligible patients on health screenings, child and adult vaccinations, and chronic disease management.
All Singaporean children aged 5 and below receive full subsidies for eligible childhood vaccinations and developmental assessments.
We are open 7 days a week, come visit us today!

Dr Daniel Lim is a Family Physician with a special interest in dermatology, holding a Graduate Diploma in Family Practice Dermatology alongside his Master of Medicine in Family Medicine. He is passionate about providing comprehensive, personalised care for patients of all ages.
Dr Jacquelyn Melody
Dr Jacquelyn Melody is a Family Physician with a special interest in child and adolescent health, holding a Graduate Diploma in Child and Adolescent Health alongside her Master of Medicine in Family Medicine. She is known for her gentle, patient approach with young patients and their families.
